Apparently we're in the wrong sport

Cristian Montaņo continued to flatter to deceive and Notts County looked as if they thought they were at a WWE event they were doing that much wrestling, Shola Ameobi in particular.

Great to hear the sour grapes because it usually means we have won so long may it continue

Yep. Had enough of hearing opposing managers and fans saying we played ok and should do well for the rest of the season having just taken three easy points.

Kevin Nolan is definitely taking inspiration from the Sam Allardyce playbook, and that's okay because it works! We are not going to be a "nice" team to play against.

A quote from Kevin Nolan “The fans will go away not remembering anything about the game, but knowing they’ve won the match.”

I would take that any day, no use playing decent football and picking up the odd point here and there, its ugly to watch at times but its getting the job done... does anybody have any news on Brisley? looks like he took a very nasty one

Agreed, you can only play as well as whats in in front of you allows you too and if you beat them one nil so what, its winning those type of games that counts and we have not always, if ever done that. The mark of a good team is winning when your'e not at your best .

Well done Kevin and the team, very happy at the minute despite that the pundits on this board seem to think they know better.

In my lifetime we've had 3 managers that you would call successful. Warnock, Allardyce and Cotterill.
All of which played direct and at times unattractive football.
Results and nothing else bring success to a football club!
