    Weekend After Internationals

It's good to be back to normal club football and the clash of the weekend for our clubs is PNE V Barnsley. After an initial poor start Barnsley have indeed woken up and looking to continue their good run however with our tight defence and Barnsley yet to pickup a point away from home I think we will sneak this one. However we haven't to forget the Barnsley hoodoo at home and in recent years we haven't picked up many points against them at Deepdale. Leeds seems a certain home win against Burton and that's what i think will happen. Burnley play on Sunday at home to the Eagles and after a fantastic start away from home picking up 4 points against Champions league type opposition however they had a disappointing loss at home to the Baggies. I still think though it will be 3 home points for Burnley however I have a feeling there is going to be goals in this one.

Good luck boys this weekend !!!

I don't think you will be far out with your predictions.

I am hoping so CB and if we can just sneak a win against the Yawkshire Dingles it will set up Tuesdays match against Cardiff which I am really looking forward to. Hope they stay unbeaten before they play us then we can break that run and send Warnock back to Cardiff with his tail between his legs.

I think two draws would be a better ending - six points for Leeds though :-)

I was right to predict a draw for us Gards, although I suggested a 0-0 (on the Eng mad preds). And it was the former Lasher Brad Potts who scored for us.
Now we've got to beat Derby in order to earn a place at Wembley in the next round of the Lg cup lol.

Yep 1-1 and I didn't realise we had both Pearson and DJ out with injury and these two have been excellent this season in midfield and for me the pick of the bunch against Reading were they ran the midfield.
