Well done to Amanda Kopel and all who were pushing this issue. A lot of helpless people are thankfully going to benefit from her hard work, why it wasn't implemented sooner is beyond me.

A lot of very good causes get snubbed to start with, it's when a momentum builds that the powers that be eventually listen, investigate and then eventually instigate the changes which make sense. Good on Amanda for keeping going, Frank would be very proud of her
