Thanks, Scarjo. Yes, the hurricane was rather scary but fortunately we escaped without any damage to the villa, and no loss of power. Others were far less fortunate.
It is very worrying to see the same symptoms appearing week after week, with no sign of any improvement. What is also worrying is that the manager doesn't seem to recognise (or maybe isn't prepared to acknowledge) that there is a problem. The deficiencies appear to be at both the front and the back of the team. Individual players can't be blamed for the type of failures you describe above. There is a more fundamental problem which is allowing them to occur. I realise that it is still early in the season, but the signs are not encouraging. I am concerned that if there isn't more determined effort in the next few matches, we will find ourselves struggling to get out of the relegation zone.
To answer your question, I think we are all depressed by the results so far, but I don't believe it is manic (yet!)
