He is in need of advice from a mentor who can grab the attention of players and coaching staff alike, a hard no-nonsense individual who understands what is required to toughen up a team. Someone not afraid to grab these under achievers by the throats and fleg the phukkin life outta them. This would be the most cost effective method of achieving what we all want, and what the club needs.
