Hi Chalky, I was planning on going along but my wife's grand father has passed away following a short deterioration of health. He passed at home with family around him.

Served his time in Egypt with the RAF attached to the Desert Rats. Originally from London's Earls Court area and a Chelsea fan.

Cheers Chalky - you're the gent. He had a good innings I guess but they are all close knit and his loss will be massive for all. Credit to the family for doing all they could throughout his last years.

Enjoy the game on Tuesday Chalky but I couldn't predict this one as we seem garbage at home but better away. Perhaps they enjoy the green check away kit better?

Cheers Alf - I think it's gonna be a tough time to be honest and all I can do is be there and try and support. He was a great guy and spoke it as it was and didn't give a FEK about PC
