My holiday has been all about Thomas Cook i’m suing the company for every penny they have and getting a new holiday out of it because the mess up my excursions for trips, they missed sold my resort that I was staying at and they have told lie after lie after lie. I urge everyone to never book a flight with Thomas Cook because they are a bunch of f’king liers, do poor customer service and disgusting human piece of beings who don’t give a crap about customers holidays and only care about the money.

People ask about my holiday well here you go.... Thomas Cook will be finished and belief you me it will be in the media because this will become one huge ****storm when it comes out.

Believe you me if they care about their company and it’s reputation they will do there dam hardest to give me the best possible ending outcome and I get my solicitor to put this to court and I will not stop until I get the justice I dam right deserve.

Point of order fellow posters. Having read the last page or two of this thread I see two subjects being hammered.

1. Somebody isn't having the holiday he expected. If I have read it correctly, he has been moved to a different hotel/complex and received a grand in compensation yet still wants to financially ruin Thomas Cook. If Thomas Cook have read his comments on their customer service agents, it might just be him who gets sued into insolvency if he can't 100% back up his post with undisputable and vrifiable facts. I wish him well.

2. A spat between two posters based around the use of the word "nob". One misuses it and gets upset when his misuse is pointed out. The correct spelling for the meaning he intended is "knob" as in "knobend"

Thomas Cook will be the one sued not me for the reason simple being they are disgusting customer service who laugh in your face when they put you on hang and take the piss out of you and they have a don’t give a **** attitude towards customers and can’t even problem solve the mess that they made, even though an agreement was made to put a stop to all the mess that they have caused my family.
