Hoping we scrape a win, although despite being unbeaten i'm not overly confident for some reason
I think McInnes needs to just stick to a preferred starting 11 and use the settled formation and system that's worked for the last 2 or 3 years. Changing it every other week isn't helping.

That to me is the best starting 11 we have, so go with that most weeks if possible. Others can come in if necessary but don't just keep changing it around just for the sake of it.

Yup. Our strongest lineup beats everyone in this league bar Celtic. We don't need to adapt the system to play against other team's systems - just play the same system and team every week and win. Occassionally change one player at a time to freshen things up. Onus is on players to make an impression when they get the chance, not on the manager to endlessly swap the team about to keep everyone happy.
When Ball played against Hearts, it was that weird 3-4-3 with a big hole at left back. Hopefully it's not that again.
