Why are foreign investors buying up Beligian Div 2 side

Seems a lot of foreign money is going there for feeder clubs with King Power buying Leuvren and Leicester helping drive change. Monaco and PSG also doing this. Some reasons, it's easier to get EU citizenship for foreign players and it costs less to sign young players
    Interesting.

We could but Venkys won't sell, they're in it for the long term.

Interesting to see Nigel Pearson has been appointed as manager of Leuven the club owned by Leicester. The owner who sacked him at Leicester now praises his skills. Is he on trial to come back I wonder?

Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, chief executive of King Power International, said: "Nigel is an incredibly good manager with a wealth of knowledge, good people skills and a strong winner's mentality. He will put OHL on track for the next few years."

Pearson added: "I know how to develop the club and I'm looking forward to contributing to it. The club has many good players and a good staff that guides them. I can not wait to work with them and achieve our goals."

    Funny world

They don't like to admit it, but it was Pearson wot turned Leicester round, not Ranieri.

Claudio played a major part in winning the title for Leicester- Ostrich head Pearson would not have had a clue- then Leicester go and sack him - more crazy than sacking De Bore- they will wim nothing with Shakespeare
