    The intensity of the storms are getting stronger as the planet warms up and the oceans need to vent the excess heat.....building codes have to be tougher, plus we need to reduce CO2 in the atmosphere.

    To put Harvey into context....the story of a super-typhoon, from the first tiny disturbance spotted on a US radar....to the young man burying his whole family on a hillside in graves he dug himself by hand......absolutely gut-wrenching scenes.
