    Unacceptable laziness

Well it sounds like a lack of effort is to blame again Question is what to do to change this?
Well for starters Mowbray needs to apply his authority if this has no effect then he is not the manager for us
Then there is the persistence with out of form players and playing square pegs in round holes
Bradley dack and rakeem Harper are not wingers so why play them over a winger who is sat on the bench?I fully understand what Mowbray has stated about a lack in his defensive side but I would of thought he would still be a better option than out of position players looking uncomfortable and awkward.
Changes should of been made for Wimbledon but now it's a must if we are to get anything out of a in form Rotherham team.
This is not me calling for mowbrays head because I still believe he is the man to take us up however things do need to change
Slack players lead to slack performances.

I just don't know, Robin. TM certainly doesn't come across as a soft touch. I think he has been over-cautious, but I suspect the first two games shocked him into a more safety-first mindset. That has been reasonably effective away, but we have not had the know-how to take control in most home-games.
All the same, I have always been reluctant to lay all the blame at the manager's door. Players should be able to think for themselves, and work things out on the pitch. They are not remotely-controlled robots. You'd have thought Graham, for example, would have been desperate to impress on Saturday.
It may still be a case of finding the best combination, after a lot of changes. After all, how close is the present defence to our first-choice line-up?
Even Mulgrew would probably be better suited to a defensive midfield role.
I honestly do believe it will come together, but football fans have never been blessed with patience.
