Not that I am complaining but that would be mental!! They could just sign him on a pre contract? The only point in a payment would be to get him early/now.

If there were competitors, £200k is a deposit, and the carrot of keeping the boy for the rest of the season a deal-clincher.

Cadden is one of the best players in the league. I'll be surprised if we are able to afford him.
