He does it to give Notts the best chance of winning the match

He's done it twice so far, both on midweek games so I can only assume he uses it to keep his players fresh and doesn't burn them out, but also that he has faith in the whole squad.

It seems he focuses on us, rather than the opposition and what they are doing and who they are playing.
