If we have to stay within our wage structure, can't see how anything can really change! You can have the money to buy a Championship player but if we can't match it with wages then those players won't come hence bringing in promising lower league players that fall into our wage structure. The only way the wage structure could increase is if revenue increases which will take time!

As far as I understand FFP means we can only pay a certain percentage to wages reference your income so until the income improves the wages can't!
