    Can Lancs come second

They are three points behind Surrey and playing them today. Lost their last game badly so hope for a resurrection.
    Surrey 72-2

I see that Surrey have declared at 201-8 to stop Lancashire picking up another bonus point!

I wondered what that was about SS. Lancs 17-0 at close. Surrey praying for rain I guess.

Well they collapsed to 242 all out with Livingstone taking 6-52 and Parry 4-59.
Lancashire 132-3 needing only 43 to win and go second.
    Just hope it doesn't rain.

On the face of it, 43 with 7 wickets left should be no problem, however, our batting can be brittle from time to time so here's hoping.
I am sure that there will be a lot of disgruntled Yorkshiremen around after their second poor batting performance in their match against Es***. Such a shame.
Some great hitting by Moeen Ali and Josh Buttler to win the ODI at the Oval using the D/L method. When Billings was out we were well off the pace, however, Ali and Buttler put on 77 in 8 overs to win the match by 6 runs.
