Inevitable really. Mick holds all the aces and can't lose, whatever the outcome.

If Mcarthy takes Moore back because one of his strikers isn't performing, we should ask if we can take the dropped striker on loan and get him up to speed and banging the goals in for Moore's replacement. Owt to help Ipswich out 😉
It’s just how the food chain works.,
All part of been a smaller club.
Warne will be looking at a replacement already.
It's almost inevitable that we will lose Moore one way or another in January.
As someone else has suggested elsewhere we could do worse than go for Craig Davies from Oldham. I think he'd fit in really well with our style of play and he definitely represents a genuine goal threat.
We knew this was the deal, he plays well goes back in January or is **** and we are lumbered until end of season.
Should've made an offer they couldn't refuse whilst we had the chance
With Proctor out we need another loan to see us through to January. Forget promotion this is going to be a decent consolidation year and in key positions we do need a couple of permanent signings so we don't find ourselves in quite this predicament again
McCarthy can have Emmanuel now. Moore not our player, we know the outcome: Grant Ward, Izzy Brown. Craig Davies how old is he? worse thing you can do sign a player in one game who looked ok. That's all he was ok.
Our only hope is that Big Mick lets us have him till the end of the season but this will depend on Ipswich being in a promotion place at Xmas...so come on you tractor boys is what i say...

ipswich fan saying take 1m for him. Can we stump that up though even assuming they would accept it?

Craig Davies is almost 32 gwru, hit & miss career by all accounts. Remember him from Preston.
We ought to look at Tom Denton another big burger at Halifax or Adam Morgan also at Halifax. We had Morgan on loan when he played for Liverpool.
Both cheap as chips.
