Squad rotation - time to stop it?

Whenever Warney tries resting players, playing players out of position, etc, it all seems to go badly wrong. Not just last night, but also MIckey Mouse Cup and League Cup too. I know that it is a risk playing our best players if they are not 100% fit, but if we don't do that we are unlikely to win, or even get a draw. Many of our reserves are not "90 minute" players for League 1, and soon get found out when starting a game (like Forde last night). Unlike Chelsea, Man U etc, we havent got 20 international squad players, beyond the first eleven, to call upon. Warney really needs to pick our strongest team, with players in their normal positions, for every game. With injuries and suspensions the reserves will get their chance anyway sooner or later

Forde and Newell, should never start games, they are not good enough, and should be used as impact players, especially Newell,i would sooner have one Ben Pringle than ten Joe Newells,if Newell gets a clattering early on that's him missing for the rest of the game,he's got no bottle, and is only a seventy minute player at best, the run he went on against Oldham,he doesn't produce it often enough.
