    Although clearly not in the same league as Newcastle in terms of support, I thought they were above average supporters for loyalty. This season is showing that they are nothing special compared to most other teams. Official attendance today was 26,000 but best estimates are for 18,000. I saw a photo of the stands today - embarrassing is not the word.

    most of the lads I work with still go, they just don't use up holidays or turn down overtime in favour of the match anymore

    i do sometimes in moments of weakness. but to be fair, they weren't to harsh on me during their 6 in a row and our relegation.

    just apathy and acceptance bow I think.
