Biggest wage bill and best team in the league.

Shouldn´t it be a one horse race?

They have spent as much equivalently for League One level as we did for this season in the Prem. They should be miles ahead and are where they are only because of some lucky results when they should have apparently been beaten/lost points according to the one at work.

I have actually had conversations with mackems today that believe they have won 8 games in a row (even though 2 of them were checkatrade trophy games) while we have only won 2 games all season (even though we have won 3 games in the same competition)

I agree with the 2nd statement, but, have they really fallen that low, that they are counting a 91st min win (from their own team after 11 changes) against morecambe's 2nd string....

    Dear me!!!

They will use anything to grasp at straws. If we had lost the F.A. Cup Final 1-0 and they had just beaten Morecambe by the same score they would be ecstatic with joy claiming they'd had a better result than us.

Mackems first team vs Toon kids in the Checkatrade trophy.

This is the funniest thing I´ve seen for a while.

    From the mag:
"Only a couple of hours before facing Accrington Stanley in a league match, Sunderland fans discovered an even bigger humiliation."

Be even more humiliating when our young lads turn them over.

The 3rd division is not as easy as they thought it would be.
