    Bogey Clubs

OK so we have lost 2 games now, but I wonder if there is something in the whole bogey clubs situation, lets face it, our records against Millwall and Cardiff aren’t brilliant.

I don’t know why TC went with the lineup he did today, maybe some fatigue with one or 2 players, maybe minor injuries, I don’t know, however, I think the wendies match is winnable, weve done quite well against them in recent seasons, and I get the impression, we will play well against teams who try to play proper football, millwall and Cardiff are known for being physically strong teams, but not necessarily particularly technically gifted teams, and its those types weve come undone against so far, as the season goes on, TC will not make the same mistakes twice I don’t think, the return matches against the lions and bluebirds I feel will be totally different.

Do any of you believe in there being Bogey Clubs for Leeds, or is the whole idea just a myth? We have to just put this bad result to the past, and make up for it this Sunday, peeved off its been moved to Sunday but this is sky after all!

Its still been a very good start this season and if we do beat the wendies this weekend, it really will be a very good first quarter of the season played. Also if the other 3 quarters pan out the way the first one did, that would definitely be promotion form! MOT!!!

Agreed , nothing to do with bogey teams it was simply down to the fact that I forgot to wear my lucky socks.

Why so we do better against most other clubs than against those 2 then?

we don't seem to do very well in mid week games. That's changed a bit the last year or so but I think our record the last couple of seasons has to be below .500.

we've also had some real ass beatings on these games.

Millwall and Cardiff away are not happy hunting grounds for us..both hard places to go but we made it even harder for ourselves in both games.

Hopefully we will learn from those 2 games.
