    Irn Bru - Quarter Finals

Crusaders of Northern Ireland, Dundee United, Falkirk, ICT, Qos, Dumbarton , The New Saints of the Welsh League and Raith Rovers. Things are slimming down a bit now guys . The draw is on Tuesday afternoon. Who do you want and why ?

I wouldn't want a trip to Northern Ireland or Wales and would be happy with Dumbarton at home. I was going to say Raith but with them leading League One that could be a tricky tie, as St Mirren found out today.

Crusaders at home. A mixture of Dundee United reserves and youths beat Linfield today. Northern Ireland league is a poor standard.

A home tie against them would do nicely. Don’t fancy a trip to loyalist Belfast. If we’re to make a long distance away trip let it be Wales, please.

Sorry, but this was brought up last year. The New Saints play in Park Hall/Whittington that is in Shropshire. Not Wales.Would love it if we got them there mind you.Prefer them at home thoughCrusaders at home would be the optimum draw.

So it would seem although Wikipedia says “The New Saints or TNS is a full-time-professional Welsh football club representing Oswestry in Shropshire and Llansantffraid-ym-Mechain in Powys, Wales”. No doubting that they play in England though! Either way, i’d rather go there than Seaview. Agree Crusaders at home would the plum draw though.

Would like a home draw in this cup as the Scottish cup is the week later and a nice away game in that would be better but not long to we find out.

The away game to Dumbarton will have to be rearranged as that is when the quarter final match is due to play 11 Nov with the 3rd round of the Scottish cup the following week.
