The individual concerned is a certain person, who likes to tek his keks off and run ower footy pitches..He wasnt in charge of ten years of transfers..Ashley will hang him oot to dry..
Has anyone else thought, that the reason Justin Barnes is in town hasnt got owt to do with a sale of the club...

Surely if one ore more buyers want us and are still willing to buys us given the info in the press they would be feckn daft to proceed and they will turn every stone (unlike Ashley) to make sure things are as straight as can be. They will have lawyers looking into the legal side/what HMRC are 'interested'in and surely wouldn't buy us if there was any chance of a relegation.

Hopefully we can get 50+ points so any points deduction wouldn't mean relegation. What's for sure is the cockney monkey wont be spending anymore money on us especially if a sale is to go through by end of February.

they have appealed the court on how the warrents were raised

yjere for it cant be used as evidence in any case as the club feel it was gotten illegally

therfor wont be able to be used as evidence in the hmrc,s case against us

they will have to return it then make another case to get a warrant to seize it

Aye, i think that is why Ash is suddenly so happy to sell.

I also think that if it's just us we're ****ed and we'll be used as an example. From what i understood it relates to issues with French clubs, so whilst were in **** a lot is coming from the French side.

that is a load of old wives tales
they arent even preferential creditors now

they have only as much power as anyone wishing to get a warrant for a seizure of eveidence

they have to go to the same courts and get the same warrant
Perhaps we will see when the sh1t hits the proverbial fan.
