    Milky Mackay appointed interim coach. I doubt Sam would want this challenge. Moyes, Lambert and McLeish also mentioned as possibles.

    Sam is very, very astute, there is no possibility he would want that job. When he gets fed up with gardening, he'll walk into another PL job.
