    I would have loved it to happen, it's the only way we could have moved forward, but at the back of my mind I always thought something like this would happen, so here we go again down to Division 1, odd year in the championship and the odd year in Division 2 nothing much to look forward to now.

    Sources close to the Daily Mail article understand it is no more than unsubstantiated website filler.
    No one involved in the deal, including Billy beans bat polisher, was available for comment.
