    Obviously I hope we win. If we do it will put us in the mix for automatic promotion and close the gap on you.
    Good luck for the season whatever the result. I hope we both go up. We both have good teams too.

    It would be good for West Midlands football if both Wolves and Villa could go up sooner rather than later. There's a long way to go in the season, so nothing is won just yet.

    As I read your post Bongo your near neighbours just went 1-0 up so I am strangely kind of wanting them to win tonight so that a win over you lot would put us top of the pile!

    Alright Newcster did you hear Talksports David Coverdale parody advertising the Wolves v Villa game as a Black Country Derby! Soon got edited. You'd think that somebody would have known that neither club falls in that fabled area!!

    The Staffordshire/Birmingham derby.

    There is only one club in the Black Country, we are told many times. Some really feel the need to cling to that.

    It's the club with the Birmingham postcode
