It would appear that DCFC has banned him for the remainder of this season. Looks like a pre-emptive strike to me prior to his court appearance. Derby won't let him in this season and I expect he will get a 3 year banning order from the Courts which seems to be par for the course for pitch invasions.
If he does get three years he will be unfortunate for his summer hols next year and 2020 as he will have his passport taken off him for a period of about 2 months (not sure of the actual time). That period includes the duration of the World Cup and the Euros plus a period before and after to ensure he doesn't leave the country weeks before the tournament and that way he is already out of the country and they couldn't stop him leaving.......
