    Whither Derby?

So whither does Derby go? For the next 3 or 4 seasons?
Supposing that you don't make the playoffs. What's the impact on the club's future?
Seriously how soon can we expect Derby to be among the elite?
And on the flip side is relegation to Tier 3 a possibility?

As for Forest, I used to say by 2020 we should be up. Now I'm not so sure.
Imo the whole team needs to go save maybe Clough, Worrall, Brereton, Osborn and 1 or 2 more of the younger players..

Rip the whole team out and start from scratch. If not the 20s will be another decade of mediocrity.

I dont see us being relegated but dont see us going up either.

Ripping up the team is never the answer, slow subtle but meaningful changes.

Somebody should have told Tommy Docherty that.............

He did, however, reveal in his book (or was it in one of his books?), some time later, that he realised, after he left, that he had changed too much too quickly. How many of us said that at the time?
