LEEDS UNITED head south this weekend in an attempt to arrest an alarming slump of three straight defeats when they take on in-form Bristol City. Lee Johnson’s Robins have catapulted themselves into fourth place after putting together an impressive 12-game unbeaten run, so Leeds will enter the game very much as underdogs.
Leeds are falling short in midfield and need to find a way back to the level where O’Kane was dictating play from the centre of the pitch.
Brownhill, the ex-Barnsley and Preston player, is a fixture in Bristol City’s line-up and has contributed heavily to the form which took Lee Johnson’s side into the top six.
Can Leeds re-assert themselves in the area which matters most?
One of the better centre-backs in the Championship and a defender who looked likely to leave Ashton Gate in the summer.
Leeds United were tenuously linked with him but a move to Birmingham seemed to be a serious possibility.
City, however, retained Flint and he has made a strong start to the season, scoring three times and featuring in five clean sheets.
The club have conceded just three times at home.
1 - 2 Leeds win.Need confidence boosting win.
