    And the reason for...

Our latest run of poor form and results could be down to....Tiredness

According to our club captain Liam Cooper..that could be the reason.

Feck me..we ain't even in November yet

    Well, it seems you could!

Just seen him at the press conference. There's an old saying "It's sometimes wise to do nowt, it's often wise to say nowt". If they really HAD to put him up in front of the cameras, could they not do a little coaching beforehand (or maybe that WAS Cooper having been coached )

Time of year doesn't matter, it is hard to play 3 games a week consistently and some of our players have been doing that. TC needed to rotate his squad more efficiently to ensure players aren't suffering in games. Likes of O'Kane, Ayling, Saiz and Phillips barely had a match off prior to international break

They are professioonàl foot ballers Joel, and when you watch the highlights on CH5 the lies of Saiz are not tired, they want opportunity. "Build it anď they will come" applies to football as much as it does to baseball

They may not 'look' tired but performances naturally decline when you've played so many games, even professional footballers struggle to maintain high standards in top level football for three times in a week. It certainly took its toll on Phillips and Ayling noticeably.

We're less than three full months into the season and many games to come in league and cup (hopefully!), so they had better get un-tired PDQ!
