    That is hard to believe. An unpleasant individual who has shown scant regard for the welfare of fellow human beings up until now.

    I had to check it wasn't April Fools Day. Like his country's economy he's run the health service in to the ground and life expectancy is very low. Him and his family get their health care in Singapore as they can't get it in his own country. I'd guess that if an organisation (WHO) wants to discredit itself, then this is the way to do it.
