If they are on 4 and both get booked wouldn't they miss Crewe away in the cup? Or don't league bookings count in cup games?

Do the chekatrade matches count when it comes to suspensions?

If so, it could be an idea for players on 4 yellows to deliberately get booked at Crewe to get the suspension out of the way in a game they probably won't play in anyway.
