I'd want him to prove his fitness first.
He's been at Liverpool for 3 seasons (this is his 3rd) and he's played only 12 games due to injury. Made his return again this season in League cup on 19th Sept and hasn't played since.
We can't afford to have that level of injured player this season.
I'd of had him before he went to Liverpool and should he go on loan and show he can play i'd be happy to put a bid in for him in summer, assuming we need a striker (if we don't get a permanent one in Jan) but for the 2nd part of the season. No from me.

The point was that Ings is not a striker that will guarantee us goals. Like Benzema or Higuain would.
