When I first moved down here I was in Epsom for a year before moving to Dulwich Village, Lewisham and Camberwell for the next 20 odd years, I have this last 14 years, some would say upgraded to Bromley, still in south east London and also classed in the County of Kent.

According to new figures this week, London traffic is moving far more slowly than it once was.

Can you answer my question Colner ? Where does all this C and T Charges and all the other "For greener air" Taxes Go ?

The mayors office says by law net revenue must be reinvested in improving transport across London whatever that means, so it could be bus drivers, tube, cycle lanes I suppose.
