    A Shambles.

Thomson hasnt the courage to sack his manager. For 48 hours the media has said that McKinnons time is up yet as I write the club cant get the guts to say in public what everyone knows. The manager has been shafted yet he is still officially the manager. Its a disgraceful way to treat R.M.Irrespective of his position he is firstly a human being with friends and family and he has been treated like dirt.It is a disgrace and says it all about Dundee United.
The guy is the only one to come out of this with credibility.

If you'd ever been employed you might realise that it can take a little time for solicitors to agree on exit before announcements are made.

I can understand that Dee boards are so boring that you have to come trolling over here for entertainment.

I'l tell you what is a shambles though. It's when you go 1-0 up away from home, miss chances to go 2-0, don't let your designated penalty taker up to the spot, then lose 2 late goals to grasp defeat from the jaws of victory.
That...............is a shambles. It's also a shambles when old Returnofdross refers to the Dundee end at Hampden in one of his zany posts on DeeMad. Now THAT is a SHAMBLES.

A total shambles that any self respecting fan would condemn.
What a way to treat someone.
    A disgrace

Ignoring the funsters ****e attempts at point scoring I don't think he's too far from the truth.

Bookies are taking bets on the next manager, all the press are saying he's finished and that we want someone in before Saturday, yet the club have yet to announce the "mutual agreement" leaving the club, players, fans and Ray in limbo.

We sacked Jackie with a letter in the tunnel at St Johnstone so I'm not buying the "takes time" schtick. You announce it then get the deal done. Be ****ing decisive for once.

This is yet another unwanted shambles at our club. ****ing sick of it and I'll not be setting foot in tannadice again until that snake is gone.

My gut is that nice guy Ray is maybe standing his ground and looking for a full payout here which has likely caused ST to **** his breeks as we simply can't afford it.

ST was probably expecting an amicable settlement from the "big fan with the club at heart" and is now finding the difference a mans livelihood can make to his loyalties.

It needs to be done right, which takes time. Would you rather it was all done half arsed then dragged through the courts for months?

We only see the tip of the iceberg FTD. Sometimes unexpected complications come up which need to be kept in-house before any announcements are made.

Maybe Ray is not agreeing to the gagging order?

Maybe Ray is wanting more than the £550?

Think that might be it, or similar on ££, but loving Ram's idea too. Brilliant
