All 5 seasons are available on dvd and they are worth it for the adorable Connie Hines alone. The show is even funnier than I remembered it in the 60s. Mr Ed that is and not the Liver Birds.

One great series that is in large part truly lost is ITV's supernatural anthology, Mystery and Imagination, which ran from 1966 to 1970 and had David Buck (famous as Lancelot) as narrator. Only 8 of 24 episodes survive. A tragedy. One of the best ever horror series and a gaping hole in my extensive collection of films and tv series on a supernatural theme. If anyone ever finds the tapes they are worth a small fortune.
