Live at that link, if you're quick. 5th goal was brilliant.

Superb win today...Notts totally dominant after the sending-off, 21 shots says it all.

Our back-4 were as solid as a rock....Toots was my personal MOM, great attacking play and link-up with Hawk, stood the ball up well in the 6-yard box for Grant's 2nd goal.

Midfield chased and harried Newport, giving them no time on the ball.

Grant was back to his mercurial best, his first was set up by Stead and Shola near the D, angled shot from Grant inside the far post.

Shola and Stead ran and ran all match.....they need testing for performance-enhancing drugs....then given more shots next week....awesome. Good striker's goal from Shola, sliding in on a low, hard delivery.....we even had a few back heels later in the game.

Cannot remember one single error from a Notts player....the complete 11-man performance

Nice one. Really needed this after the recent slump. Would be great to beat the scum next week as well so we can actually have a cup run.

This^^^We were brill in the 2nd half after a dour, battling 1st. In other news, mefinx gumpy predicted a win for Notts AND Grant to score, woohooo!!!!

Second half was the most creative and inventive we've looked all season. Need to have the confidence to try that a little bit more when the game's not already won, we cut them open with quick passing moves so many times.

An absolute monster performance from Ameobi as well. Looking like he may be back somewhere near fully fit.

For a guy that knows nothing about gambling, you're doing pretty well.......I backed Notts and the +2.5, but after 30 minutes I was beginning to question my sanity.....the sending-off turned the game IMO, we looked totally dominant after that....I cannot even remember a decent Newport shot on target apart from a long-range effort that Fitz caught easily....TBH we could have scored 4 or 5 in that 2nd half

ps why were there so many stewards lining the pitch at both the Kop-end and in front of the JS?......were they expecting trouble, spaced out every 2 or 3 yards like they were expecting a pitch invasion.....40 odd stewards?
