    Morgan Gibbs-White

The Wolves youngster played well today and scored in England's under17s World Cup winning side.

    Great to see.

Reports today that the Premiership clubs are sniffing. Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham seem to be looking to sign the lad. £5 million being mentioned in the media. I suppose it is to be expected, but if we have ambitions to make the greed League we need to hang on to him. It's not as if we need the money.

He has a faster path to first team footy with us, so I can't see him wanting to move on unless they are going to pay him lots more money. If he signs with one of those big clubs, he'll just get loaned out to a club like us. So what's the point of moving? MGW, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Stick with Wolves!

He's got a big career ahead of him, but it doesn't matter how much money the Wolves owners have, if a club like Liverpool come knocking then he will no doubt have to listen. It's how Wolves want to help in continuing his development. The player and the clubs' ambitions need to match each others.
