Not time for a change. Time to recognise that, given all that has happened, we're doing OK. Hecky is doing OK, the players are doing OK.

451 is the correct formation for the time being, Potts is a good player and maybe Thiam isn't right for the full 90 just yet. Hecky's not perfect - good because you learn to get it right after getting it wrong - but he knows more about footie than me and Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

By the end of the season we will be just below mid table.
