Forget Grayson, he did jack at Preston and even less at Sunderland why would he be any different at ER, as manager he can only instill a good team ethic and plant ideas, which obviously don't work for him in the Championship. He got us, Huddersfield and PNE out of league 1 and that is where he should concentrate his efforts. He was no better at Blackpool (19th in the Championship) and Holloway got them promoted to the Premiership after Grayson left.
