    Silva pulls out now.

Sean amazed but doesn’t do so.

It’s amazing you’re still asking, as I’ve said plenty of times I am just getting on with my job here. Are you still seriously going down this road?! It’s part and parcel of what we have all achieved, whether it’s me or the players, but I’m still here.

You know what I think the problem is OC, you spend too much time reading the papers.

I don’t actually read them all or I’d have no time at all to write anything.

    From the horses mouth

Asked again this afternoon, and whether he could rule himself out of the running, he said: "I shouldn’t have to say that because it’s not my story.

"I’ve said it 5,000 times since I’ve been at the club and I’m still here, so that’s a measure in itself.

I suggest life would be a lot easier all round if he said something like I loyve it here and have no plans to leave, but he speaks in cryptic ways that are open to different interpretations. Eg
What is “it” that has been said so much??

It's dying a death now, and not before time. On Sky's SS this morning the journos eventually got round to discussing the Everton job, as usual, but this time Sean's name never came up, not once, he wasn't mentioned.

What a mess. Van Gaal says no, they are giving up on Silva. Let’s hope they win tonight to help give Unsworth the job.

It's definitely ABSD, which is nice.
