The funny thing was Miriam was getting changed near the computer as I was running back with my beer....she said "Notts just scored"......I said "yes, I heard it from the kitchen".......she said "No, you scored twice, Yates"......I was thinking "you stupid Mexican woman, you only get the one goal, not double".......as I popped the top, Stall and Charlie were waxing lyrical about Yates hitting 2 goals in 2 minutes

She calmly said "I told you".....and waltzed off to the bathroom....ooops

    Woweeeee
You have surpassed my expectations tonight
2 nil down after 11 minutes.
    What a comeback.
    Sat in the Kop tonight
    Great backing from the fans
    Infact,superb backing
    Sloppy sloppy goals.
    Bad marking
However absolute bags of character and one of the best games I've sat for some time.
    It had everything
Thankyou Notts county for a fantastic evening.
There were guys older than me sat around hugging me and clapping the team off the pitch.
    Thoroughly deserved
Havnt seen these scenes for some time.
Fans singing and shouting on there way out of the ground.
    Long may this continue.
And if we dare believe we can achieve this season.
Back that performance up,and can I say against 11 men and there shouldn't be a problem this season.
    Premature!!!
    Carried away!!
If you were there you would be dreaming tonight fellow magpies.
    Super Notts

They all had blinders but I have to say I thought Dickinson and Hewitt ( 2 players who have been rightly criticised in the past ) were immense , Hewitt covered every blade of grass !
Agree, I would also put Stead in there too another stellar performance and well taken goal.

Charlie kept saying on iFollow....."to all the fans not here tonight.....you are missing an absolute cracker of a game".......I really hope we get through to the 3rd round now, and get a Premier team at home......or Forest or Derby......AH/KN deserve it

Nice one.....I remember taking mine home after the 3-3 draw (lost on penos) at the Forest ground.......every one of them were buzzing despite the loss.....tonight was different.....we're in the hat for the next round......Mansfield at home?
