    o/t conspiracy or not.....

Tories raise the issue over ***ual harassment, this involves a journalist who plays down the initial incident. Inevitably many issues are reported (MPS are human after all) many of these are trivial and most normal people would think they were nonsense.....There are also a couple of very serious allegations which need proper investigation. The tories then get Fallon to fall on his sword , everyone starts trying to clean house and look like they really are doing something.....but the real target was to bring to the surface Corbyn promoting a Labour MP, who had previous regarding harassment.

So the real target all along was to discredit Corbyn and halt his march on number 10?

    what do you reckon?

Just one flaw in your thinking it would have had to have been planned over 2 years ago when the original incident and reprimand took place.

Well before good ol' Jezza achieved the god like status his followers like to bestow on him.

You may well be right, and it is typical of a failed gov't to search for any chink in the opposition's armour instead of doing what they're paid for, like governing.

By the way, have you noticed the mainstream media's portrayal of this stuff, jumped all over the Labour party's misdemeanors, and played down the tories....shameful, but what is also clear, is how both party's have dealt with it, the Labour party has acted swiftly in suspending mp's awaiting investigation, the tories have hidden behind the sofa and schemed their way around it...

To be clear, regardless of party, anyone found guilty should be sacked and prosecuted, there's no place for this stuff, anywhere.

That's irrelevant. What if the tories knew of the allegations 2 years ago but knew that Labour found nothing untoward in the MP's behaviour. So the Tories then keep this allegation on the back burner. 2 years later with the tory party on its knees and Corbyn's star on the rise, the Tories ignite the harassment claims once again when more mud will stick to the Labour MP and also discredit the current Labour Leader.

If the Tories are still trying to play the discredit game with Corbyn then clearly they haven't learned anything since he became Labour Leader .

Whisper it quietly but it actually makes him more popular .

Do carry on , we will be the one's with the 20 point lead to lose at this rate .

Ah, the Labour Party acting swiftly again. That will be reprimanding him, promoting him to the shadow cabinet a couple of months later, then waiting for two years before suspending him an hour before the press broke the story will it?

Not quite a JFK is it? Politicians are at this too much of the time - pity they don't devote more time to the day job - all of them!

Looks like your idol went a few steps further and let a certain individual keep his peerage , tut tut .

Didn't even make The Guardian so it must be true .

Indeed, but that's ok for Kerr isn't it, and he's accusing me of double standards, pathetic.
