The talent is there (for this division) but the coaching isn’t.

Defending begins in midfield with the back four and keeper mopping things up. It’s about positioning and application, knowing who does what, whether or not we mark man to man or zonally. The players need to know what’s expected of them and their weaknesses compensated for by good coaching.
