I do understand what you're implying but my list is only looking at goals scored and not starts too.

Dobbie and Mallan are both on 94 goals, so tied in 7th. I don't think games played comes into this tbh. If a Queens player were to tie with Patterson on 251 would there be a first and second place on games played? I doubt it. Just like if Lyle ties with Black on 120 at this season's end.
