Tom Heaton has waited for a long time to replace a poor Joe Hart, in some circles including Southgate's Jack Butland, Jordan Pickford and the ordinary Fraser Forster are keeping Heaton out, I would be very surprised if Southgate made Pope his first choice keeper, as I've said before Southgate has done nothing out of the ordinary in Management and with the England job he's maintaining his mediocre ability, if not falling below it.

Southgate would fail to notice anyone who does not play in London or for the Big Six.

Sorry, IDWT, we were in the TOP 6, however, we will never be in the BIG 6 --- sadly.

Joint 5th on points and only out of the top 6 on goal difference.
Really bugged me on Sunday before the Chelsea v Utd game when the caption came up showing the top of the table and stopped short of Burnley.
