King Crimson’s ‘I Talk to the Wind’ just been played on Radio 6. As serenely beautiful today as it was to my adolescent self back in 1969/70. Not sure songs get any better.

This morning it was ZZ Top's Eliminator album. On vinyl of course as was Running on empty earlier this week.

Like the music, the girl's in the videos were hot and I just loved the car......... shame it was apparently destroyed in the making of one of the videos

Ah music to relief the toothache I've had and after another extraction.

    1. Down by the River - Albert Hammond

    2. That Thing You Do - The Wonders

3, To Be No 1 - Giorgio Moroder Project Italia 1990

interesting Thin Lizzy trivia fact - - - a friend of mine worked for the firm who "managed" Phil Lynott from a financial perspective. When he died, no-one could find his will (although it was known that there was one) and since his affairs were somewhat complex this was something of a problem. The solution - they held a seance in the office in order to ask his spirit where the document was. Sadly this too failed.
