It's not always about "talent".
sometimes it'a about "heart" and pride in wearing the shirt. You don't have to be the fastest, quickest, smartest, best to win some 50/50 balls or chase down someone that's beat you on a play. You don't have to be the best defender to get back on a play. You just have to want it sometimes. Maybe want it as bad as you want your paycheck.
we have some players who really don't seem to give a hoot about the badge and it shows.
It's also what's most maddening about TC. we have a deep squad and plenty of other options. How people like Dallas, Berardi, or Viera sit when we have some of the clowns out there is beyond the pale. obviously, some of these players look great in practice when no one's really challenging them and then freak out the first time someone really goes after a ball in the game.

agree with Leedsutdman regarding quality, some shighte definately spoken on here, squad is talented, no doubt, but im not sure about team selection/formations at times, and Spaldy has it right, i think the issue is about having the "cajones" rather than lack of talent.
WeŽll batter Boro anyway, and this will just be remembered as a mid season blip on our way to promotion
