Stew pot on go every Setdi neet with meat, kidney, onion, carrots and with ether Pigs feet or cow heal all mixed together which made a gravy thad dee fo with chips and 1/2 a loof a bread, dripping darn chin and onto shirt but who cared me and are kid wo always p1ssed up on a setdi neet.

Mi mother used to mek home made pea n ham soup using ham hocks. Back then as a kid I had an eating disorder so I never tried it. Had it as an adult and it's lovely. A missed art as a kid.

My mother used to make mi dad pigs foot which seemed to be on the stove all day
I swear he finished up with more on his plate than when he started Where the chuff did all those bones come from
Never was prepared to try this "delicacy" until years later
The brown meat was simply top quisine & I mi=ssed out not trying it [only the brown meat mind none of that fat]
