    BT:

    Burnley (4-4-1-1): Pope 6; Lowton 7, Tarkowski 8, Mee 7, Ward 7; Gudmundsson 7, Cork 8, Defour 8, Brady 7; Hendrick 7, Barnes 9.

Barnes was outstanding today, Wood and Vokes will have to wait a while after that performance.

Myy ratings wouldn't be far off yours BT.

Pope had very little to do
Ward improved as the game wore on
Lowton again put in a great performance
Gudmundsson was the best player in the first half
Brady had an industrious game with lots of energy and skill, both he and Hendrick showed that their big midweek disappointment was quickly forgotten.
Barnes bossed their defenders and scored a great goal and help make the first with great movement in the box.
The others played to their usual high standard.

    Swansea are in big trouble

All in all a very good display donzy.

The lads obviously noted your "potential banana skin" concern!

    LET
    Nick Pope 7
Had very little to do aside from a simple save from Bony. Handling was excellent though as he claimed several crosses.

    Matt Lowton 8
One of his best displays of the season. Used the ball well and fantastic tackle on Bony and block on Sanches in second half.

    James Tarkowski 6
Lucky to escape a booking when Abraham beat him to a pass, but solid aside from that. Harsh to see goal disallowed.

    Ben Mee 7
Not really tested by Swansea’s attack. Won’t have many more routine games this season.

    Stephen Ward 6
Booked in the first half and the odd shaky moment, but a good recovery from his Ireland nightmare.

    Robbie Brady 8
Drifted inside from the left to good effect and his cross for Cork’s goal was perfection. A good performance.

Jack Cork 9 (Man of the Match)
A midfielder oozing confidence and class at the moment. Sidestep to burst into space to create his own chance was excellent, and repeated the trick second half. Playing a major part in Burnley’s stunning start to the season.

    Steven Defour 8
The partnership between Cork and Defour is flourishing so far. The Belgian was outshone on Saturday but had a fine game.

    Johann Berg Gudmundsson 8
Took the direct route and ran at Martin Olsson regularly. Looked a creative threat and worked hard throughout.

    Jeff Hendrick 8
Found plenty of space linking midfield and attack and his fizzed pass into Barnes for his goal was very good.

    Ashley Barnes 9
One of his best displays. Rasping finish for the goal, brought others into play and held the ball up well

Swansea disappointed me BT. Too many of their players just didn't want to play. Clement is a boss in trouble and he asked for fight from his players who let him down. So much for their team building on the local beach

agree Donz.....I think that performance would have had difficulty getting a point from a team in league one !
