    Prediction League - Leeds United

Wolves welcome Leeds to Molineux, both coming off wins this past weekend. Leeds currently sit in 7th place, only out of the playoff spots on goal difference. Their season has been up and down. They got off to a blistering start with 19 points from the first 27 and sat in 1st place for three weeks. However, they hit a terrible slide with only 6 points from the last 24, dropping to 10th before the victory this weekend. Their record vs the bottom third of the league is: 4-0-2. The middle third: 2-2-2, and the top third: 2-0-3. So they haven't done great against the better teams, but they still have a couple wins to their credit. In fact, their last two wins have been against the teams currently in 4th and 6th. Their top scorers are Kalvin Phillips, Lassoga and Saiz. Lassoga in particular, has been dangerous in league play with 4 goals in only 8 appearances. Saiz has 8 goals on the season, with 4 coming in the League Cup. Leeds are 5th in the league in goals for, and 10th in goals against. So their 7th place standing seems pretty fair. However, if Wolves are the title favorites we appear to be, these are games you win at home.

    Wolves 2-1 Leeds

    5) EveWolf65 - 13
    6) MichiganWolf - 12.4
    7) GrizzledWolf - 11.2
    8) wolves71 - 11
    9) NewcyWolf - 10.6
    10) Palmeras - 10.2
    11) kenslftfoot - 6.3

    13) crazywulf - 2
    14) TheDing - 1.1
    14) Laughing_Wolfie - 1.1

Special congrats to Woody, who has correctly predicted the score and result for three matches in a row. That vaulted him from mid table, to three points clear of second place. Probably the hottest streak a league player has ever been on.

Cheers, It was a tongue in cheek prediction - what I want not what I expect!

Hopefully a good close game then.....

Incidentally - when was the last time you got 4 correct predictions in a row?
